Hustlin' Through the Holidays: Expecting and Empowered Accountability Challenge 2

 

We know how impactful the pregnancy and postpartum guides CAN be. This does hinge on the fact that you DO them consistently. We’re entering the holiday season, which can be really busy for those that celebrate. We decided it was a fantastic time for our second accountability challenge. Together, we can tackle this busy stretch and get through the end of the year and begin the next one TOGETHER and strong. Maybe we can even avoid a few sugar cookies during the process?! THE RULES:

  1. Print the Accountability Challenge Sheet (PDF linked and image down below). For the next 6 weeks, we want you to keep track of your workouts and put the date that you completed each one in the box. You’ll keep track of your 3 Expecting and Empowered workouts per week and this time we added boxes for your 2 days suggested cardio. Both pregnant and postpartum mamas can participate. This will work on the honor system (because we cannot be there to check, although we wish we could give each of you a squeeze and encouragement). If you finish 17 out of 18 Expecting and Empowered workouts, you DID it! You have done something amazing for your health and can enter to win the prizes. Just email us the completed sheet (scan or take a picture and email) to expectingandempowered@gmail.com. You’ll get an extra entry if you also complete the suggested cardio days (so 28/30 boxes are DONE!).

  2. At the beginning and end of the challenge, you have to share that you are participating with your friends, families, followers on social media. This will 1) help you ladies find each other 2) help us to get the Expecting and Empowered word out. This can be on either Facebook or Instagram and you have to tag our business and use the hashtags #eandeaccountability #eandemama . We cannot wait to see your posts and cheer you on. The devil is in the details ladies, so to be clear you need to post 2 photos during the challenge to be entered. These photos have to be ones that remain in your feed, it doesn’t count to have them in Instagram stories (although we’d love to be mentioned there too) or posted just inside the Mama Community. We’re going to be strict on the rules this time, so please let us know if you have any questions about that!

  3. The timing of these 6 weeks is a pretty BIG commitment. We’ll have weekly prompts in the Mama Community to encourage you and so that you can further encourage each other. Make sure you are a member to get the full support you might need. If you have your baby during the challenge, you can head straight into the postpartum guide and keep participating in the challenge. You get an extra entry for birthing during the challenge. :)
