C-section Delivery Program
A C-section is a MAJOR abdominal surgery and you deserve to have the tools to heal. We’ve got the programs to help you feel confident in your C-section recovery.
Starting after birth, you can feel confident in your recovery with restorative breath and pelvic floor work that gradually progresses until you’re ready to strength train starting at 6 weeks
Strength Program Details
WHO IS IT FOR
Anyone who has given birth via a C-section. The program starts right away after birth up until 33 weeks postpartum. This program includes C-section specific recovery work including C-section scar mobilization and desensitization
PROGRAM FORMAT
Video demonstrated exercises with 2 different sections designed to be completed in under 30 minutes:
Flexibility/Pelvic Floor: 3 exercises to warm up for the workout.
Circuits: A set of 3 exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 5 minutes.
Core: A set of 3 core-focused exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 3 minutes.
