Program Details
WHO IS IT FOR
With prenatal flows safe for all trimesters, you can take a variety of prenatal yoga classes that align with where you are in your pregnancy. Our postpartum flows offer a variety of class types to fit any needs you have in motherhood.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Instructor led classes ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. Our instructor will talk you through your breathwork, positioning, and safe modifications for your changing body.

Shreya is a Prenatal Certified Yoga Instructor. You’ll instantly be calmed by her gentle voice and inviting practice.
Emily Garbutt
Emily is a Postpartum Certified Yoga Instructor. You’ll leave her flows feeling grounded and centered.
Taylor Kaulius
Taylor is a Postpartum Certified Yoga Instructor. As a mom herself, she understands and teaches the importance of practicing mindfulness.
