Anyone who is trying to conceive, in their first, second or third trimester. It’s never too late to start, and the workouts are made for every fitness level.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Video demonstrated exercises with 2 different sections designed to be completed in under 30 minutes:
Flexibility/Pelvic Floor: 3 exercises to warm up for the workout.
Circuits: A set of 3 exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 5 minutes.
Core: A set of 3 core-focused exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 3 minutes.
