E + E Podcast Episode 19: Lacey Yasick's Positive Pitocin Free Induction

LISTEN TO EPISODE 19

This third [pregnancy] I could start working out right at the second trimester and I completely avoided a lot of the aches and pains I had the first two times. The first few times I had sciatica, SPD, you name it. This time around with the third baby, I really avoided a lot of those because I was able to work out consistently.

ABOUT THE EPISODE

It’s Amy here today with a really fun episode for you, because you’ll get to hear the birth story of one of our employees at Expecting and Empowered, Lacey Yasick who shares how her third child recently came into the world!

I had the absolute honor of being there as Lacey’s doula for that magical moment where she met her third baby for the very first time, and I can’t wait for you to hear all about it in this episode.

Lacey also reveals how each of her three pregnancies have been different, how she felt going to her weekly midwife visits and seeing no progression as the due date approached, why she chose to use the services of a doula for this third birth, and a whole lot more!

We love bringing these birth stories to you, and because Lacey was so instrumental in getting our Prepping For Labor + Delivery Online Course out in the world, we want to offer you 25% off the price of this course. It will help you prepare for your own birth story, and you can use the code “birthstory” to get this special discount!

If you enjoyed listening to this episode, we would love it if you could share it into your Instagram Stories and tag us, @expectingandempowered. As we like to say, knowledge is power, and we just really want to give more people the information that they may need on their childbirth journey!
