Whether it’s taking a car seat or stroller out of the car, carrying them around, or calming a fussy baby down, this is so physical. You need to be able to start training for that at the end of your third trimester.

ABOUT THE EPISODE

We’re so excited to be here talking to the community that we love so much for the very first episode of the Expecting and Empowered Podcast! Today we thought we’d jump right in and talk about how we envision this podcast being different from all the other podcasts that are available, and the ways that we would like to make it fun and user friendly. Best of all, we’ll be taking some deep dives into topics that you have been asking about, so that you are equipped with the knowledge that you need! 

We want to give women all the info to make empowered decisions for all the subjects that surround pregnancy and postpartum. Let’s normalize the fact that women have issues after childbirth, and let’s get them the information that they need in this podcast, so that they can recover rather than be embarrassed about it.
