The 12 Week Return To Running Program is a progressively designed to improve your stamina, form and running abilities. With two runs each week with motivational instructions and prompting, you’ll be running with confidence in no time!

Created by a co-founder Krystle Howald, a Women’s Health Physical Therapist, and a longtime cross country coach, this program has been thoughtfully and expertly developed. It’s the best of both worlds - to make sure you have a healthy journey into running.

PROGRAM FORMAT

12 weeks long with 2 runs each week. You’ll be coached by either co-founder Amy Kiefer or Krystle Howald. The runs range from 20-40 minutes.
