Spring It On Challenge

Ready to step up your workout routine? Join our accountability challenge!

As it starts to warm up for spring, we thought it would be a great time to host a challenge to help those who might need a little extra motivation or want to take their workout routine to the next level. 

We both know how hard it can be to prioritize your own health in the throes of motherhood and busy seasons. But, we firmly believe in the power of doing so and that SELF care for mama is anything but selfish. You are only able to truly take care of those that mean the most to you when you are taking care of yourself!

THE RULES: 

Start date: The challenge begins on April 3rd. Put the start date of your challenge along with your name at the top of your accountability sheet (linked below).

End Date: 6 weeks after the end date takes us to May 15th. All entries will be due no later than 11:59 PM CST on May 15th. 

Challenge Sheet: Make sure you have the accountability challenge sheet printed or saved on your computer or phone. Over the next 6 weeks you will need to keep track of your workouts and put the date that you completed each one in the box. 

CHALLENGE SHEET

Each week, you’ll fill in your week with your challenge activities - 3 Expecting and Empowered workouts, and one day of self-care. This can be reading a book, a walk and a podcast, a manicure - whatever fills up your cup!

In the bubble, you can put in either the date you completed it, an emoji that describes your activity. - whatever works for you!

As always, this works on the honor system (because we cannot be there to check, although we wish we could give each of you a squeeze and encouragement).

Workouts: You will need to complete 3 Expecting and Empowered workouts per week.

Self Care: This is a reminder to take some time for YOURSELF to recharge. This is something aside from your workouts and we’d suggest the self care activity takes at least 15 minutes. Anything from meditation, to heading to the coffee shop with a book by yourself - whatever makes you feel like YOU.

Social Share: Share the challenge in your story once per week - this can be part of your workout, your self care activity, what podcast you are currently listening to - be sure to tag @expectingandempowered so we can cheer you on!

Entry: Email the completed sheet (scan or take a picture and email) to hello@expectingandempowered.com. To be entered to win the prizes, you have to send the challenge sheet by May 15th at 11:59 PM CST.
